• $54/hr We have an immediate need for a Mirth Developer in Philadelphia, PA 19113 to support critical healthcare integration and interoperability initiatives in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

In this role, you will design, develop, test, and implement HL7 interfaces using Mirth Connect across a wide range of healthcare systems. You will work extensively with HL7 V2.x and V3.x message formats, including ADT, ORU, and other clinical transaction types. The position involves developing real-time and batch interfaces using TCP/IP, VPN, FTP, and SFTP protocols, as well as integrating web services and APIs. You will manage high-availability clustered Mirth environments, perform server upgrades, remediate security findings, monitor inbound feeds, and troubleshoot performance issues. Additionally, you will support QA, UAT, and post-production stabilization while enhancing existing integration workflows to ensure reliability, scalability, and continuous availability. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in HL7 messaging standards, including ADT and ORU transactions, along with strong knowledge of XML, CCD, CDA, and HIPAA compliance requirements. Experience with healthcare coding standards such as LOINC, ICD-10, and

SNOMED CT
