Job Description
We're currently looking to add a Designer to our Brand Studio with 4-8 years of experience. A portfolio, previous design experience at a design firm or agency, and experience creating brand identity systems are a must. We're looking for someone who has great design sensibilities, range, and constantly wants to make them stronger. We're looking for someone who can do both the conceptual and the tactical, the artistic and the technical, and the tangible and the digital. We're looking for someone who values the entire design process
- strategy, exploration, collaboration, refinement, execution, and implementation.
Must-Haves:
- A portfolio of relevant work
- Resume or CV
- Professional experience in brand and identity design
- 4-8 years of professional experience in a design studio, advertising agency, or other professional design environment
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite. Especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Strong conceptual & strategic design thinking
- Strong self-motivation
- Highly adaptable and flexible
- Very collaborative and team-conscious
- Comfortable presenting your own work to clients
- Comfortable managing your own projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Access to self-transportation
Great-To-Haves:
- Skilled in Figma
- Production experience with printed and other collateral materials
- Website design and build experience Salary Range
- $60,000
- $80,000 per year.
