Visa will accept applications for this role until at least 05-10-2026 Job Description User Experience Analysts are responsible for designing and implementing user-centered solutions that address real-world problems. The role involves applying human-centered design thinking, UX/UI principles, service design, and user research to create impactful digital experiences. Analysts collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop user experience maps, service blueprints, wireframes, and polished user interface designs, ensuring that strategies are effectively communicated through presentations and prototypes. All roles require digital fluency, including the ability to work with emerging technologies such as Generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) to support everyday work.

Key Responsibilities:
Apply human-centered design thinking and UX/UI principles to solve real problems for real people. Develop user experience maps, service blueprints, wireframes, and polished user interface designs. Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate strategy and present design solutions. Utilize digital design software including Figma, FigJam, and Adobe products to create impactful work. This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.Qualifications Basic Qualifications:
2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree, OR 5+ years of relevant work experience. 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) Experience working in design consultancies, digital product teams, or established startups. Experience in creating user experience maps, service blueprints, wireframes, and polished user interface design. Experience in rapid prototyping and presentations that communicate strategy. Experience in digital design software including Figma, FigJam, and Adobe products. Knowledgeable in human-centered design thinking, UX/UI principles, service design, and user research. Experience designing and implementing qualitative and quantitative research methods. Experience analyzing and interpreting complex data to provide insights on user behaviors, needs, and motivations. Experience communicating technical and non-technical findings and insights to stakeholders. Experience liaising with product stakeholders to pinpoint research needs and co-devise research strategy. Understanding and applying Human-Centered Design principles. Experience working in Payments and Finance industry is a plus.Portfolio Required:

U.S. Applicants Only The estimated salary range for this position is $104,600.00 to $ 162,300.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
