Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a Front-End Developer with strong React and UX/UI experience to design and develop scalable, highly customized production-grade user interfaces. The role will focus on analytics dashboards, interactive reporting, and AI/ML or GenAI solutions with complex state management, real-time data handling, and user-focused AI experiences. Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop front-end UX/UI experiences for analytics dashboards and highly interactive reporting.
  • Build scalable, highly customized, production-grade user interfaces using React.
  • Develop front-end solutions using Chainlit or Streamlit for AI/ML and GenAI applications.
  • Implement complex state management and data handling, including real-time updates and UI states for loading, retries, and partial responses.
  • Implement latency handling and asynchronous UX patterns.
  • Design explainable AI interfaces incorporating confidence indicators, sources, disclaimers, and other relevant user-facing information.
  • Build chat interfaces supporting streaming responses and token handling.
  • Develop AI-assisted workflows such as autocomplete, summarization, and recommendations.
  • Apply prompt design fundamentals to support effective AI/GenAI user experiences. Required Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience in front-end UX/UI design for analytics dashboards and highly interactive reporting.
  • Experience developing scalable, highly customized production-grade user interfaces with React.
  • Experience with Chainlit or Streamlit for AI/ML or GenAI solutions.
  • Experience with complex state management and data handling, including real-time updates, loading states, retries, and partial responses.
  • Experience with latency handling and asynchronous UX patterns.
  • Experience designing explainable AI interfaces, including confidence indicators, sources, and disclaimers.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience building chat interfaces with streaming responses and token handling.
  • Experience developing AI-assisted workflows, including autocomplete, summarization, and recommendations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field from an accredited or government-sanctioned college or university. Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in data engineering, data warehousing, or BI analytics.
  • Experience working with AI/ML or GenAI technologies to design and build AI/GenAI solutions using cloud services such as AWS, Snowflake, or Azure.
  • Practical experience using OpenAI APIs or similar LLM platforms.
  • Experience building natural-language interfaces that generate SQL or other query languages.
  • Experience designing prompt strategies for business insights and prompt engineering to guide system behavior.
  • Experience developing semantic models supporting natural-language querying and AI-driven analytics (GenBI).
  • Experience with statistical analysis, predictive analytics, and optimization.
  • AWS certifications.
  • Snowflake certifications.
  • BI certifications such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • AI/ML or GenAI-related coursework or credentials.
  • Ability to work onsite 2-3 business days per week as part of a hybrid working model at the client headquarters.
