Monday - Friday, 40hrs per week

Job Responsibilities:

Partner with the design, user research, and product management teams to deliver a best-in-class user experience to customers Contribute design concepts based on user research and business needs Assist in planning and analyzing qualitative and quantitative research Gather insights from research and the voice of the customer to create a new understanding of users' wants and needs, while defining the customer journey Help communicate research findings and design concepts to the product management team

Minimum Qualifications:

Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in

Design, Communications, Psychology or Marketing Preferred Qualifications:

3-6 months experience of Figma, Sketch, Adobe Photoshop, MS Office 3-6 month experience of quantitative and qualitative data analysis methods
