Job Description

Primary Skills:
Survey Design (advanced), Data Analysis (advanced), Alchemer/Qualtrics (advanced), Qualitative Research (intermediate), Quantitative Research (advanced)

W2 only

Remote, PST Pay Range:
$65-$70 /hr on W2
Job Summary:
This role will drive strategic research initiatives for a leading healthcare savings platform, focusing on understanding consumer behavior and product optimization. The successful candidate will design, execute, and deliver comprehensive research studies using mixed methodologies. You will execute large-scale studies, analyze diverse datasets, and translate findings into actionable strategies. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker capable of presenting complex information clearly to various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and execute complex research studies for product optimization. Manage longitudinal customer satisfaction and KPI studies. Synthesize insights from quantitative and qualitative data sources. Develop clear and digestible reports for diverse audiences. Leverage AI tools to enhance research efficiency.
Must-Have Skills:
Extensive survey design, sampling, and weighting experience. Expertise in Alchemer or Qualtrics survey platforms. Strong presentation and data visualization skills. Experience in the healthcare technology sector is preferred, focusing on consumer-facing platforms and prescription savings.
