About this role Today, Ketryx is the AI platform trusted by 3 of the top 5 medical device manufacturers to bridge the gap between development and regulatory compliance—reducing the documentation burden by up to 90%. As a Product Designer at Ketryx, you will play a central role in shaping the future of our platform. As its sophistication and flexibility continue to grow, you'll transform complexity into intuitive, delightful experiences that set a new benchmark for our industry. We're looking for someone with solid UX/UI design skills, a strong product mindset, and a holistic end-to-end perspective across the full customer experience. You will be working closely with an excellent team of designers, product people, client operation reps, front end devs and AI engineers across our offices. The role is based in Boston with 25% travel to our Vienna, Austria office. We expect you to champion consistency across the entire end-to-end customer experience. For this reason, in addition to being a key contributor on the product design team, the role also has a dotted line to GTM. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. What you'll do Craft outstanding user experiences in the Ketryx platform that moves the needle, in close collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders Drive roadmap items from initial shaping to implementation of final screens and flows, together with software developers and product Map and manage key customer journeys, and align key stakeholders around delivering intuitive and delightful user flows Contribute critical GTM peripherals to ensure consistency across entire customer experience, together with GTM Create mockups, low-fidelity wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes to communicate ideas, describe their execution and test hypotheses Conduct user interviews and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on designs Contribute to discovery activities, such as assumption testing, and opportunity solution tree mapping Leverage data and user research to inform design decisions and validate solutions, together with product and GTM Proactively refine screens and flows, solve smaller quality issues, notice and solve "paper cuts" Leverage and contribute new components to our maturing design system Inspire and improve the work of fellow designers through regular collaborative critique of work-in-progress Continuously seek out and play with new tools that can benefit our internal processes as well as the product What we're looking for 3+ years product design experience As an exceptional generalist, you navigate the entire design process skillfully—from discovery to delivery, problem space to solutions space You approach every challenge with meticulous attention to detail and visual finesse You're a strong advocate for the way that people can feel perfection, and know what "perfect" looks like in a fast-paced agile software development environment You love digging into complex technical solutions, and engage in technical discussions with AI engineers and devs Constraints excite you, and you love solving highly complex problems—ideally this means you have already designed in heavily constrained, regulated environments (healthcare, fintech, automotive, or other regulated industries) Communication skills that are second to none, being comfortable collaborating across time zones with our Vienna-based R&D team Curiosity and confidence to ask questions, explore new ideas, and advocate for what you think is the best solution Ability to listen, change your thinking, and continuously iterate What we additionally would love to see SaaS background from a regulated industry Startup experience Agentic UX experience
