JOB SUMMARY
Gitwit Creative, LLC seeks a Product Strategist and UX Researcher to lead end-to-end user research for software initiatives to inform product strategy, UX direction, and product positioning. Design and execute qualitative and quantitative studies across the product life cycle (discovery, concept validation, prototype evaluation, and usability testing). Conduct technical discovery to understand complex workflows and systems, assess feasibility, and define integration needs (e.g., data flows, APIs, constraints, and toolsets) in partnership with engineering. Synthesize research into actionable product inputs and artifacts (e.g., journey maps/service blueprints, requirements, prioritized recommendations) that guide design and development decisions. Build and test interactive prototypes, including AI-enabled prototypes when relevant, to validate workflows and user interactions prior to full engineering investment. Develop and refine prompts and LLM interaction patterns for production AI features, evaluating output quality and iterating to improve accuracy, reliability, and user experience. Define success metrics and experiment plans for product experiences; analyze results and drive iterative refinement based on user feedback and performance data. Present insights and recommendations to executive stakeholders and external collaborators; align cross-functional teams on priorities and next steps.
