Job Summary:

We are seeking a specialist to join our team focused on experience design for an industry-leading digital platform. Our team values collaboration and the consistent delivery of high-quality web and mobile solutions across the business.

Responsibilities:

Support digital design strategy and delivery for web and mobile presence within the platform. Collaborate closely with UX Research, Product Management, and Development teams to inform and execute design decisions. Deliver prototypes for research and production, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements. Utilize design tools to create interfaces, manage work through Jira, and ensure technical feasibility with developers.

Required:

Demonstrated expert-level proficiency in Figma with at least 5 years of hands-on experience. Background in the financial services sector, with a minimum of 3 years supporting banking, investment, or financial institutions. Proven experience managing the workflow between product owners, analysts, and development staff on digital products. Strong collaboration skills with an openness to constructive feedback and ability to operate effectively in a team environment.
