Job Description
Description We seek a talented UI/UX Designer to join a growing team of designers, researchers, and writers supporting clients in federal government. Through our work building and modernizing enterprise software applications, you will have the opportunity to design products that are simple, intuitive, and satisfying that ultimately help the federal government work better and deliver better services. As a UI/UX Designer, you will collaborate with product owners and researchers to discover and define product opportunities and then deliver solutions through iterative prototyping and testing. You will take designs from concepts and wireframes through high fidelity mockups and functional prototypes. You will generate ideas and explore possibilities, incorporating feedback, securing stakeholder buy-in, and working with development to ensure end products successfully implement designs that meet your users' expectations. This position will be embedded in one of our projects in the federal healthcare IT industry, such as the US Department of Health and Human Services and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.

- Basic Qualifications
- + Bachelor's degree + 5+ years of professional UX design experience + Portfolio demonstrating your design process and deliverables. + Candidate must reside in the US, be authorized to work in the US, and work must be performed in the US. + Candidate must have resided in the US 3 of the last 5 years. + Candidate must be eligible for public trust.
- Preferred Qualifications
- + Knowledge of
WCAG 2.0
Level AA / Section 508 compliance preferred. + 10+ years of overall professional experience preferred. + Knowledge ofWCAG 2.0
Level AA / Section 508 compliance preferred. + Experience in federal contracting or healthcare IT preferred. + Active or past clearance to work with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services or the US Department of Health and Human Services.- Professional Skills
