Senior UI/UX Web Developer

Translate design mockups into production-ready, clean, and maintainable front-end code using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
Conduct user research, define user personas, and perform usability testing to refine and optimize user journeys.
Ensure websites and web applications are fully responsive, fast-loading, and compliant with accessibility standards (WCADA/WCAG).Collaborate with product managers, backend engineers, and marketing teams to align design solutions with business objectives.
Utilize design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Adobe Creative Suite to create high-fidelity UI/UX assets.
Implement and maintain front-end solutions using modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular.
Employ version control systems, such as Git, to manage and document code changes.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular.
Familiarity with version control systems like GitLab.

Fort Belvoir, Maryland (Remote) Role OverviewAs a UI/UX Web Developer, you will be responsible for designing and building user-focused websites and web applications that seamlessly blend visual appeal with robust functionality. You will conduct user research, develop wireframes and prototypes, and translate these designs into clean, production-ready front-end code. Certifications:
