Type:

full-time Senior User Experience Designer Our client, a leader in the aviation space, is seeking a Senior UX Designer to join their Core UX team on a long-term contract basis in Downtown Chicago. You will help shape best-in-class digital customer experiences across the travel journey, with a focus on consumer-facing web, native mobile, and eCommerce experiences . The ideal candidate brings strong visual and interaction design skills, experience designing large-scale consumer products, and an innovative approach to creating intuitive, engaging digital experiences. Responsibilities Design end-to-end customer experiences across responsive web and native mobile applications Create intuitive interactions and micro-interactions that elevate the customer experience Develop user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes Design navigation patterns, components, and scalable experiences within established design systems Translate research, analytics, and business requirements into thoughtful design solutions Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Research, and business stakeholders Present and communicate design decisions to stakeholders and senior leadership Incorporate usability testing and customer feedback into design iterations Ensure experiences meet brand, UX, and accessibility standards Qualifications 5+ years of UX/Product Design experience; 8+ years preferred Strong experience designing consumer-facing .com and native mobile applications Experience with eCommerce, transactional, shopping, booking, loyalty, or similar consumer experiences Strong visual and interaction design skills, including micro-interactions Portfolio demonstrating polished UI, end-to-end UX thinking, and consumer web/mobile work Experience with design systems, responsive design, and prototyping Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design best practices Experience collaborating closely with

Hybrid, 1-2 days per week onsite

Hours:

9 AM-5

PM CST Interview Process:

1-2+ video interviews with the UX team

Portfolio:

Required prior to interview

Duration:

Long-term/ongoing contract

Work Authorization:

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. No C2C.

Benefits:

Pay Rate:

$75-85/hour

Only The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the candidate's skills, education, training, credentials, and experience.
