We're looking for a to help design and build modern, intuitive web applications supporting mission-critical systems. This is a unique opportunity to combine to transform complex tools into seamless, user-friendly solutions.

This role is HYBRID and can report to Annapolis Junction, Md., Reston, Va., or Washington, DC.

- Evaluate existing applications and identify usability improvements
- Translate complex requirements into
- Conduct user research and usability testing to drive design decisions
- Develop responsive web applications using
- Create clean, maintainable code with
- Integrate applications with APIs and backend services
- Organize complex data into clear navigation and structures
- Design layouts that make information easy to find and use
- Build and maintain reusable UI components in
- Ensure consistency across all products and interfaces
- Design and build interfaces compliant with

- Active
- 13+ years of experience (or equivalent education/experience combination)
- Strong experience with:
- UI/UX design and usability principles
- Frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue)
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Figma (components, prototyping)
- Experience integrating with
