Develop training materials (user guides, job aids, release notes); work in two-week Agile sprints with AI engineers and product owners using Government-approved repos/tools
Requirements
Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end concepts (React-based micro frontend architecture) sufficient to collaborate closely with developers; proficiency in Figma or Sketch; strong wireframing, user flows, and design systems experience

Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms and their design constraints is a plus

Demonstrated 508/WCAG 2.1 A & AA conformance work; screen reader/assistive tech testing; usability testing with documented, measurable design improvements
Working understanding of AI-governance boundaries for federal systems - knowing when AI output requires human review/approval before any regulatory or operational action
Agile team experience with Git and Jira
