Usability Designer II:

Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Computer Science, Information Technology, Behavioral Research, or a related field, OR equivalent combination of education and professional experience Minimum of 2 years of experience in UX, UI, or usability design Experience using Figma or similar design and prototyping software Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices Experience creating wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and interface designs Ability to conduct user research and translate findings into design improvements Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience collaborating with technical teams, stakeholders, and business partners Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Preferred Skills/Experience of the

Usability Designer II:

Experience conducting usability testing and user feedback sessions Experience developing user personas, journey maps, and workflow documentation Ability to facilitate meetings, workshops, and design discussions Experience supporting enterprise-level applications or large-scale environments Familiarity with additional UX/UI design and prototyping tools Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and adaptability Responsibilities of the

Conduct user research and usability analysis to identify opportunities for improving user experience Design wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and visual interfaces for enterprise applications Collaborate with developers, analysts, and stakeholders to ensure design solutions are effectively implemented Facilitate usability testing sessions and refine designs based on user feedback and findings Participate in project meetings, design reviews, and cross-functional collaboration sessions Support multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining consistency across user experiences

Work Location:

Hybrid work schedule based in Columbia, SC with onsite work required Tuesday through Thursday and additional onsite support as needed. Standard business hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Compensation /
