Hourly:

$42-44 We're hiring a UX Designer to support a high-impact initiative focused on improving customer-facing digital experiences for mortgage applications, including refinance, new home loans, and HELOC. This role is centered on enhancing the end-to-end user journey for real customers interacting with lending platforms. What You'll Do Design and improve end-to-end user experiences for mortgage application workflows Enhance usability across refinance, home loan, and HELOC customer journeys Partner with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver intuitive solutions Translate requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and user-focused design solutions Continuously iterate on designs using user feedback and behavioral insights Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure designs are implementable

What We're Looking For Intermediate:

3-6 years Strong experience designing customer-facing applications (not internal enterprise tools) Background in web or application UX design with a focus on user journeys Financial services or mortgage experience is a plus Well-rounded UX skillset including research, interaction design, and prototyping Basic front-end knowledge (HTML/CSS preferred) Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Environment Work on highly visible, customer-facing mortgage platforms Strong executive sponsorship and product alignment Collaborative, fast-paced delivery environment The salary range for this position is $42-44/hr.
