Job Description
We have a client seeking a mid-level UX/UI Designer to support ongoing digital experience initiatives across their public website and donor portal. This is a 12+ month consulting role requiring a hybrid schedule in Malvern, PA. It's a hands-on position within a fast-moving, agile delivery team, ideal for someone collaborative, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a continuous delivery environment where discovery and iteration happen quickly.
The Designer will translate user needs and business goals into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs, while contributing to the organization's design system and ensuring consistent, high-quality digital experiences for donors.
Responsibilities include:
Present work clearly, explain design decisions, and incorporate stakeholder feedback.
Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, QA, Analytics, and Content Strategy teams to refine requirements and ensure solutions are delivery-ready.
Participate in agile ceremonies (standups, refinements, sprint reviews) to support rapid iteration.
Translate user needs and business requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs.
Deliver design artifacts that support continuous delivery: journey maps, interaction flows, task models, and component documentation.
Contribute to and maintain the company's design system for consistency across digital touchpoints.
Conduct lightweight UX research, including usability testing, concept validation, and user interviews.
Advocate for user-centered design within a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
