Job Description

A growing financial firm is looking for a talented User Experience (UX) Designer to join their team on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will focus on creating and optimizing landing pages that drive user engagement and improve conversion rates across multiple global markets. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic team, leveraging your design expertise to deliver user-centric solutions that resonate with diverse audiences. This is a remote role, 20 to 30 hours per week.

Pay Range:
$60-70 per hour
Software Required:
Figma, Auto Layout, FramerOnboarding requirements: Figma assessment
Responsibilities:
  • Design and enhance landing pages via Figma to maximize user engagement and conversion rates.
  • Respond to tickets in Jira and collaborate with Project Managers on requested changes for landing pages.
  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure designs are tailored to specific cultural and regional preferences.
  • Update and iterate on existing landing pages using performance metrics and testing insights.
  • Utilize Figma to maintain and expand a cohesive design system for landing page templates.
  • Ensure multilingual accessibility by adapting content for various languages, such as Japanese and Arabic.
  • Regularly review landing page performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Incorporate direct response marketing strategies into design work to drive measurable results.
  • Propose and implement innovative ideas to improve user experience and functionality.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings to align on project goals and updates.
