JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for a passionate and creative UX Design Intern to join our team! This is a hands-on opportunity to work on real-world projects and contribute to the design of user-centered products. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment. The pay rate for this role is $17.00 per hour.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
Analyze research findings to identify user pain points and opportunities for improvement.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas effectively.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to refine and implement designs.
Assist in maintaining and updating design systems or style guides.
Stay updated on UX trends and best practices.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field.
Basic understanding of design principles and tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.).
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
A portfolio showcasing UX design projects (academic or personal is fine).
Bonus:
Familiarity with user research methods or tools, basic
HTML/CSS
knowledge, or experience with design systems.
