Job Description
UX Designer - Customer Communications (Messaging & Notifications) Will consider 100% Remote for local candidates of Atlanta, GA (Preferred) 6 Months Contract We are looking for a talented UX Designer with strong experience in communication design and conversational UX to create intuitive, customer-centric digital experiences.
4+ years of Communication Design experience
Expertise in Figma, Design Systems & Accessibility (WCAG)
Experience with Journey Mapping, Prototyping & User Testing
Strong Information Architecture and Content QA skills
Hands-on experience with Conversational UX, Chatbots, VUI, or AI-driven workflows
Ability to simplify complex concepts into clear customer messaging
