Remote Responsibilities:

Designing modern, intuitive user experiences for internal tools used by Member Service Representatives Translating legacy system functionality into user-centered workflows and interfaces Creating high-fidelity user experience and user interface designs for development handoff Contributing to the enterprise design system for consistency, accessibility, and scalability Collaborating with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Engineering teams to refine requirements Performing other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in User Experience (UX) Design, User Interface (UI) Design, or Product Design Strong portfolio demonstrating End-to-End UX Design across complex or enterprise applications. Experience with design systems Experience collaborating directly with engineering teams in Agile environments Familiarity with Agile Delivery Tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira Proficiency with Collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365 Suite Excellent communication skills Strong problem-solving ability Attention to detail

Desired Qualifications:

5+ years of Design experience Related Degree in design or a similar field Experience designing internal tools or employee-facing platforms Solid understanding of Accessibility Standards, including WCAG Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics or similar platforms Working knowledge of Figma
