UX Designer (remote)

Job Description Lead the visual design aspect of a reimagined, digital-first MRO app experience and applications used by Sales and Parts Distribution teams. • 5+ years working as part of a technology team in an enterprise context (or as a contractor/freelancer in similar, ongoing product development) - aviation/aerospace experience a plus.
• 3+ years in a design leadership role for one or more products (solo delivery or direct leadership.
• Robust portfolio of enterprise app design projects / deliverables.
• Experience with large scale MRP or ERP systems required (multi-facility, thousands of users, highly distributed).
• Participation in major technology transformation(s) a plus.
• A balance between creativity and practicality (ability to think/speak in operational terminology) and a passion for delivering compelling technology experiences that unlock efficiency at scale.
• Experience with an agile scrum team.
• Empathy for business users and a keen ability to understand before/after states of large-scale transformation and how to build a bridge between them.
• Excellent communication skills and a clear vision for overall Product Design.
• Comfort with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and fluid prioritization.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high quality output, while understanding and matching pace with key implementation partners (Development, DevOps, Product, Innovation)
