A User Interface or User Experience (UI / UX) Designer assists with technology design to make products easier for people to use. Determines user preferences and assesses the process that users follow to access product functions; develops and tests new design models, and incorporates findings in to improved product design. Researches the behavior of internet users and consumers, compiles information about the target audience for a site, and develops website layout, design and technology features that improve accessibility and value for users.

No opportunity to convert Core Responsibilities Create and maintain site maps, service blueprints, user flows, wireframes, and information hierarchies Partner with Product, UX Research, Customer Service, and business stakeholders to identify user needs and pain points Translate complex business and technical requirements into clear, user-friendly experiences Develop content and information structures that improve employee workflows and customer support Establish content and information architecture standards, processes, and best practices Collaborate with IT teams to develop solutions within the capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and third-party platforms Create roadmaps, documentation, and other UX deliverables while managing deadlines and priorities Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves) Bachelors degree in UX, Computer Science, English, Journalism, Technical Writing, or a related field, or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience creating digital experiences, content strategy, or information architecture Proven experience creating service blueprints, site maps, user flows, and wireframes Strong experience with Figma, Mural, or similar UX/design tools Strong understanding of user research, information architecture, and user-centered design principles Excellent writing, editing, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills Ability to connect user needs and pain points to business goals and success metrics Preferred Skills/Experience (Nice-to-Haves) Masters degree in UX, English, Journalism, Technical Writing, or a related field Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar enterprise applications Experience working with third-party applications and optimizing solutions within platform limitations Experience supporting technical projects involving AI or machine learning Experience incorporating AI tools into user flows while maintaining a human-in-the-loop approach Experience within the travel or airline industry Experience with content management or knowledge management systems Key Competencies & Behaviors Ability to identify user pain points and translate them into practical solutions Comfortable working across Product, UX, Research, IT, and business stakeholder groups Able to connect user challenges to business objectives and develop solutions within technical constraints Strong ability to simplify complex concepts and clearly communicate design decisions Able to establish roadmaps, manage priorities, meet deadlines, and continuously improve the productWork Environment Location:

The approximate pay range for this position is between $35.00 and $50.00 per hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
