Job Description
Sharp Electronics is seeking a Product Experience (UX) Designer to join the team on a full-time basis in Memphis, Tennessee. This is a long-term role focused on creating intuitive, visually appealing products aligned with customer needs. You will gather user feedback, study product interactions, and develop solutions that enhance the overall customer experience. Your work will span both on-board product GUI (graphical user interface) design and connected apps, and you will partner with cross-functional teams to guide design decisions and support business objectives. Responsibilities Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions Study how users interact with products to identify pain points and opportunities Design user interfaces and user operations for on-board product GUI and connected apps Develop solutions that improve overall customer experience Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to guide design decisions Support business goals through user-centered design practices Qualifications Experience in product experience or UX design Proficiency in creating user-centered design solutions Ability to conduct user research and translate findings into actionable insights Experience designing graphical user interfaces and/or mobile or web applications Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
