Job Description

- Lead end-to-end UX design for digital products including self-service tools, insights dashboards, and auditing interfaces
- Evaluate design performance through user research, usability testing, and performance metrics
- Explore and integrate
AI:
identify opportunities to use AI in work processes and product features to unlock innovation and strategic thinking- Collaborate strategically with partners in planning cycles
- Simplify complexity and translate complex financial processes into glanceable, obvious interfaces
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and specifications
- Iterate quickly, develop multiple solutions, and refine based on user feedback and technical constraints
- Apply patterns to ensure consistency and accelerate partners
- Advocate for design decisions with supporting context including user research, business goals, and technical constraints
- Present and share design work with product teams, engineering leadership, and senior stakeholders A day in the life As a UX Designer on the ADX Experience team, you'll design solutions for partners and business owners managing dozens of active routes at once, people who live in these tools all day, watching progress, catching exceptions, and troubleshooting drivers remotely.
- 7+ years of design experience
- Have an online portfolio or samples of work on resume, demonstrating experience creating great end-to-end, user-centered design solutions and patterns, across desktop and mobile devices
- Experience acquiring user data (e.g., conducting usability studies, performing user research) and creating personas and journey maps
- Experience working with stakeholders to plan and execute programs that are strategic in nature
- Experience in delivering design solutions for projects of large scope and complexity
- Experience using AI tools to work and design, and experience designing AI-powered solutionsPreferred Qualifications
