PDF Remediator

Description We are looking for a skilled PDF Remediator to join our team on a contract basis in Houston, Texas. In this role, you will focus on improving user experiences by creating accessible and user-friendly document designs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in UX/UI design and expertise in tools like Figma and Adobe XD.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and remediate PDF documents to ensure compliance with accessibility standards.
• Collaborate with the design team to create intuitive and user-friendly document layouts.
• Utilize tools such as Figma and Adobe XD to design and enhance user interfaces.
• Conduct usability analyses and recommend improvements to optimize user experience.
• Create wireframes and prototypes to visualize design concepts and workflows.
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and user accessibility requirements.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate designs effectively.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to document usability and accessibility.
• Stay updated on the latest UX/UI design trends and best practices. Requirements
• Proven experience in UX/UI design with a focus on document accessibility.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, and wireframing software.
• Strong understanding of accessibility standards and guidelines.
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and detailed design documents.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Knowledge of usability testing practices and user-centered design principles.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work.
