Job Description

Job Summary The Agent Studio UX Designer will design intuitive, scalable, and enterprise-ready experiences for the Tachyon Agent Marketplace, Agent Studio, use case management workflows, and operational experiences. The role will focus on making reusable tools, agents, MCPs, applications, and SDK-based capabilities easier to discover, understand, adopt, and operate across the enterprise. The designer will work closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to simplify complex GenAI, Agentic AI, governance, and observability workflows and create user experiences that drive enterprise adoption. Key Responsibilities
  • Design user experiences for the Tachyon Marketplace, agent discovery, reusable component browsing, use case onboarding, and agent lifecycle workflows.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, user journeys, information architecture, and interaction designs for business users, developers, product teams, and platform operators.
  • Partner with Product Owners and engineering teams to simplify complex GenAI, Agentic AI, governance, and observability workflows.
  • Conduct user research, feedback sessions, usability reviews, and iterative design improvements.
  • Define consistent design patterns for marketplace listings, component details, onboarding steps, operational views, and status indicators.
  • Ensure designs follow enterprise accessibility, usability, and design system standards.
  • Translate complex platform concepts into simple, clear experiences that support adoption and reduce support dependency.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners, engineers, and stakeholders within Agile delivery teams.
  • Apply enterprise UX, interaction design, information architecture, design systems, prototyping, and user research practices throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Simplify complex AI platform experiences into intuitive and scalable user journeys.
  • Support the development of reusable UX patterns that enable consistent experiences across enterprise AI capabilities. Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of UX design experience for enterprise applications, developer tools, data platforms, workflow products, or SaaS platforms.
  • 6+ years of experience designing complex workflows for both technical and non-technical users.
  • 6+ years of experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating user research, prototyping, product thinking, and enterprise UX problem solving.
  • 6+ years of experience working closely with Product Owners, engineers, and stakeholders in Agile teams.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and facilitation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise UX, interaction design, information architecture, design systems, prototyping, and user research.
  • 6+ years of experience with Figma or equivalent UX/design tools.
  • Strong knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
  • Conceptual understanding of GenAI, agentic AI, marketplaces, reusable components, SDKs, and governance workflows.
  • Ability to simplify complex AI platform experiences into intuitive user journeys. Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience designing internal developer portals, marketplaces, platform consoles, AI/ML platforms, or workflow automation products.
  • Experience working in banking, financial services, or other regulated enterprise environments. Expected Outcomes
