Innovation Lead - Onsite#26-06491 Pittsburgh, PA Phoenix, AZ Farmers Branch, TX Burmingham, AL Strongsville, OH Onsite Starts 6/15/2026 Ends 6/21/2027 Job Description Genesis10 is currently seeking an Innovation Lead for an Onsite, 36+ month contract to hire opportunity with a Major Financial Institution located in Pittsburgh, PA; Strongsville, OH; Birmingham, AL; Farmers Branch, TX; or Phoenix, AZ. In this role, you will function as an internal consultant, utilizing a human-centered design approach to solveplex problems and drive process reimagination. You will consult with business partners to develop vision and strategy, lead the execution of research, and help build out a new capability within the organization. The team is expanding services for process reimagination, and this position will be part of a cross-functional team.

Responsibilities:

Consult with business partners to leverage a human-centered design approach to solveplex problems Develop vision and strategy for engagements and the overall user experience Lead the execution of research, synthesize key findings, and provide rmendations to the business Create storyboards, lead prototyping, and test ideas and concepts in collaboration with the business Facilitate, educate, and champion human-centered design principles across employee teams process engineering methodologies, including Customer Journey Mapping, Service Blueing, and Systems Integration Mapping Assess and effectively manage risks associated with business objectives to support the Enterprise Risk Management Framework

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or 5-7 years of relevant work experience Strong process background (Lean, Six Sigma, Business Process Management, Business Architecture) Experience with or a strong interest in human-centered design and design thinking Understanding of Agile methodologies with the ability tomunicate with technical personnel Experience with Process Engineering and Modeling Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions Desired skills: Experience in a consulting or process engineering role Experience working within a highly regulated industry (e.g., financial services, healthcare, energy, insurance) Pay range: $48.00 - $50.00 per hour This is a contract-to-hire position and candidates must be open to converting to a full-time employee.
