The UVU SMARTLab is one of the leading neuromarketing and biometric testing labs in the world. We are seeking curious and committed students to work in the lab as user insights researchers. Assist in the marketing and promotion of the SMARTLab to the community, university, and businesses. Conduct lab tours for businesses, classes, and the community. Administer biometric experiments and projects (eye-tracking, facial expression analysis, EEG, galvanic skin response). Assist faculty members with research and with class projects. Job commitment expectation is 15-25 hours per week with minimum availability in 2+ hour blocks, and it is strongly preferred that this is the only job. Must be a current UVU student. Must have a minimum GPA of 3.0. Must be able to complete CITI training Strong communication, networking, and presentation skills suited for professional client interactions. Self-motivated and willing to learn how to synthesize scientific and market data into compelling value proposition presentations for businesses. Attention to detail and ability to follow directions. Ability to independently execute projects on a timely basis.
