Our computerized scanning systems and proprietary software provide detailed patient information, enabling clinicians to evaluate further patients for specific balance, knee, hip, lower back, and biomechanical issues. We partner with our medical professionals to deliver personalized care to patients of all lifestyles by improving their function, easing pain, and helping correct biomechanics. We have direct sales, manufacturing, and distribution capability in the United States and Canada, and proudly work with distribution partners and clinicians around the world. We are seeking a Clinical Consultant to partner with our medical professionals, ensuring we are providing top-notch custom-made orthotics and exceptional customer service. Our Clinical Consultant reviews incoming orthotics orders and ensures clinical efficacy by consulting with practitioners and collaborating with our Clinical and Customer Service, Sales, and Production departments. He/she conducts ongoing product & industry research and provides input for various Clinical Services projects.
Key Responsibilities include:
Clinical consultation: Assist clinicians with making the best, most effective product selections among our product line Ensure clinical efficacy through education. Establish and develop effective partnerships with practitioners, ensuring the orthotics prescription will provide the best outcome for the patients on time Review incoming orders, including orthotic orders and gait analysis reports received electronically, foam/cast orders received by mail, manual orders received by fax, and telephone Design orthotic through Computer-Aided Design/Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAD/CAM) software Coordinate with the Production Department when replicating sample orthotics and ensure proper manufacturing of orthotics, ensuring orthotics meet the practitioner's needs Monitor orders on hold, ensure approval of orders on time; make outgoing clarification calls, and take incoming consultation calls Provide input, edit, and revise prescription manual order forms to make them more user-friendly, and to determine any changes that will improve the ordering and reviewing process Research different products, orthotic types, laboratories, and materials Provide input for Marketing material and new products Provide input to the IT development group to improve the efficiency of internal and external software Promote new products and services to customers Our ideal Clinical Consultant checks these boxes: High School diploma required. Associate degree or bachelor's degree in health care, kinesiology, or Sports Medicine preferred.
