Sr. Product Designer

Responsibilities Lead the design process from concept to execution for user experiences and marketing assets. Utilize AI tools for rapid prototyping and research to streamline workflows. Conduct user interviews and concept testing to gather insights and validate design directions. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive project execution. Document design decisions and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. Skills 7+ years of experience in product design, particularly in fast-paced environments. Strong portfolio showcasing customer-facing projects with a focus on interaction and visual design. Proficiency in Figma and experience with complex workflow design. Ability to work independently and demonstrate strong communication skills. Experience in conducting user research and synthesizing feedback into actionable design improvements. Preferred Skills Familiarity with designing for diverse audiences and emerging markets. Background in fintech or consumer financial products is a plus. Experience with accessibility considerations in design. Multilingual abilities to support user research across different regions.
