Job Description

Codeworks, an LRS company is seeking an experienced UX Designer to support the design and optimization of enterprise healthcare applications contract positions. This role will focus on transforming complex hospital and operational workflows into intuitive, user-centered experiences that improve usability, efficiency, and adoption. The ideal candidate brings experience designing enterprise software and collaborating with diverse stakeholders to solve complex workflow challenges. Key Responsibilities Translate complex hospital and operational workflows into intuitive, user-friendly design solutions. Simplify screens and interfaces that contain large volumes of data and complex processes. Create wireframes, user flows, visual designs, and interactive prototypes using Figma. Collaborate with product teams and subject matter experts to identify pain points, gather requirements, and improve usability. Present and communicate design decisions, recommendations, and trade-offs to cross-functional stakeholders. Maintain clear documentation of design decisions, assumptions, feedback, and revisions throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications Experience designing complex enterprise or B2B software applications. Understanding of healthcare operations, clinical workflows, provider-facing systems, or related environments. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex processes and translate them into effective user experiences. Proficiency with Figma, including wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and workflow documentation. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working alongside product, engineering, and business stakeholders. The base range for this contract position is $55.00 - $75.00 per hour, depending on experience. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all U.S. locations. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors.
