As a Game Master, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional guest experience from check-in to game completion while ensuring safety, professionalism, and fun. Responsibilities Welcome and check in guests Prepare, maintain, and sanitize VR equipment Guide players through immersive virtual reality experiences Explain game rules, safety procedures, and equipment use Monitor game sessions and assist guests as needed Troubleshoot basic technical issues Maintain a clean, organized, and professional facility Assist with birthday parties, corporate events, and group bookings Deliver outstanding customer service to guests of all ages Qualifications Positive attitude and strong communication skills Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Comfortable learning and using technology Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout scheduled shifts Strong customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications Customer service experience Hospitality, entertainment, retail, or event experience Interest in technology, gaming, or virtual reality Benefits Flexible scheduling Employee discounts Hands-on experience with cutting-edge VR technology Fun and engaging work environment Performance Incentives Available In addition to hourly pay, team members may earn performance-based bonuses and incentives tied to guest satisfaction, positive reviews, shift coverage, and overall contributions to the success of the venue.
