THE JOB:

We are looking for a detail oriented, alert and organized, technically inclined, smart, energetic, dependable, and hard-working individual to pro actively engage customers in person. The professional should be willing and ready to work in multiple functions and departments to learn, develop and grow within our small business culture. Our company is growing and professional growth within the organization is available. Past experience in design and buildout of Escape Rooms is a plus and any applicants with this experience will be prioritized!

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Detailed room resets and ensuring functionality for optimum experience for the customer.
• Watching in detail games that are going on to provide customers with the directions that they might need to move on to the next part of their challenge.
• Repairing and maintaining Escape Room props.
• Educating customers about our escape rooms, booking online reservations, and tailoring solutions to their needs.
• Providing technical and troubleshooting support on issues that might come up and being resourceful and forward thinking.
• Cleaning and maintenance of facility
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3 year of customer service preferred
• Must be computer literate and able to learn required software programs
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Able to work a flexible schedule during normal business hours, most importantly on the weekends. You must be able to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
• Prior work experience as a Game Master working at an Escape Room is a plus!
