This role involves delivering engaging and comprehensive instruction to students interested in developing their skills in digital 3D design, animation, and modeling. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in Blender or similar 3D tool , experience working within academic settings, and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment. This position offers an excellent opportunity to share your expertise while contributing to students' creative growth. Responsibilities Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans on 3D modeling techniques using Blender tailored to diverse student skill levels Facilitate hands-on training sessions, guiding students through practical projects and exercises Assess student progress through assignments, projects, and feedback sessions Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their skills and understanding of 3D modeling concepts Stay current with the latest updates and features of Blender to ensure instruction remains relevant and effective Collaborate with curriculum developers and other instructors to enhance course content and teaching methods Foster an inclusive, engaging, and supportive classroom environment that encourages creativity and experimentation Requirements Proven expertise in 3D modeling with Blender software, including experience with animation, texturing, rendering, and scripting is preferred Prior teaching or instructional experience, ideally within a university or higher education setting Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and effectively Demonstrated ability to develop engaging lesson plans and adapt teaching strategies to diverse learning styles Passion for education, creativity, and supporting student success A background or degree in digital arts, computer graphics, or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory Commitment to maintaining a professional and respectful learning environment Experience with 3
