Game Master (Tips + Dogs Welcome!) Summer and Winter Help!

Do you love storytelling, puzzles, and creating unforgettable moments? Escape Room Breckenridge is on the lookout for an enthusiastic, detail-obsessed, people-loving Game Master to join our team. Think of it as half host, half wizard, full-time fun. If you thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and can keep your cool when things get a little chaotic (in the best way), we want to hear from you!

What You'll Be Doing:

Set the Scene - Greet every group with energy and warmth. You'll brief them on their mission, deliver safety info, and get them hyped to play. (Yep, there's a script — you'll need to memorize it, but we promise it's more fun than high school Shakespeare.) Run the Show - Monitor games live via cameras and audio. You'll offer hints like a behind-the-scenes puppet master — always a step ahead, but never giving too much away. Reset Like a Pro - After each group finishes, you'll reset the room to perfection. Think of it like setting the stage for the next act — every clue, lock, and prop must be exactly in place. Be the Hero of Customer Service - From the first hello to the final group photo, you'll make guests feel welcomed, celebrated, and ready to come back. Answer questions, give high-fives, and ensure everyone leaves smiling. Team Player Energy - Work closely with fellow Game Masters to keep things running smoothly and support each other through busy days, challenging puzzles, and the occasional tech hiccup.

Who You Are:

A natural people-person with a flair for customer service Detail-oriented and calm under pressure (resetting rooms quickly and perfectly is key) Adaptable, upbeat, and solution-oriented Comfortable multitasking and thinking on your feet Cool with dogs in the workplace (and maybe even bringing your own, with approval) Bonus points if you have past experience in hospitality, theater, or customer service!
