Our mission is to provide thrilling and immersive experiences that challenge participants to think critically and work together to solve puzzles. Summary Escape Room Game Masters needed for a fast paced Escape Room in the heart of Downtown Miami. As a Game Master at Fox in a Box Miami, you play a key role in creating an immersive and memorable escape room experience. Based in the vibrant Downtown Miami location, you'll guide teams through their adventure, ensuring they stay engaged, challenged, and entertained while upholding our commitment to interactive, high-quality entertainment. Your daily duties would consist of the following: Greeting, checking in, and engaging guests Answering the phone (questions, scheduling, booking customers, etc) Pre-game services (explains the rules, game, story, etc) Monitor experiences via live video and software program to assist with the player's escape Reset rooms to original condition once experience is complete Post-game experience (game debrief, pictures, etc) Assist with event planning and special occasions as needed. Assist with at-location events, such as: Birthday Parties, Corporate and Team Building Events, Field Trips, and Bachelor(ette) Events, etc. Miscellaneous tasks may include but are not limited to: Troubleshooting unexpected problems within the mechanics of rooms/game Arrange and complete reservations for customers that walk-in Debrief games, including explaining puzzles not solved Upsell games to customers (commission) Cleaning, disinfecting, and maintaining of Escape Rooms, common areas, and props

Qualifications:

18 years of age or older required High School Diploma/GED Must have reliable transportation Outgoing, personable, and engaging personality Ability to multi-task and perform in stressful situations Interest in puzzles and Escape Rooms Must be willing to work NIGHTS and
