Escapology Game Master

About Us:

Escapology is the largest escape game company in the world, renowned for delivering a premium, 5-star experience to our guests. We are are looking for highly motivated team members to join us at our newest South Florida location in Plantation Walk.

Job Description:

As a Game Master, you will guide guests through an immersive escape game experience. Guests will find themselves locked in themed rooms and must solve puzzles, find hidden clues, and crack codes to complete their mission within 60 minutes. Your role will be to ensure that players of all ages have an unforgettable experience.

Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist guests through the check-in process. Brief and debrief guests on their escape game experience. Learn and become proficient in our 8 game rooms. Monitor and run escape games, delivering hints and ensuring guests have the best experience possible. Reset game rooms quickly and accurately to maintain the daily schedule. Perform basic maintenance on props, escape games, and the facility. Conduct regular cleaning duties to maintain cleanliness and organizational standards. Communicate clearly with other game masters and management. Answer guest questions over the phone and in person. Assist in the sale of merchandise. Maintain a proper company uniform and arrive on time for each shift. Continue training and increasing your level of knowledge to reach higher tier positions.

Qualifications:

Prior escape game experience is not required but is a plus. Customer service experience is a plus.
