During game sessions, guiding players through puzzles, monitoring safety, and ensuring everyone has a fantastic experience. You'll be responsible for setting up and resetting rooms, managing time, and providing hints when necessary. Responsibilities Welcome and brief guests before their escape room experience. Monitor games to ensure safety and smooth operation. Provide hints and guidance in a friendly, engaging manner. Reset rooms quickly and accurately between games. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Deliver exceptional customer service and enhance guest experience. Requirements MUST be willing to act , as our escape rooms use actor interactions during gameplay. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Energetic, positive, and outgoing personality. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Willingness to learn how to fix props and make quick descisions. Comfortable working with groups of all ages. Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs. Availability evenings, weekends, and some holidays. Previous customer service experience preferred; escape room experience a plus. You will be playing a character to interact with our players. To do this, you will be wearing a full costume and face mask. Are you comfortable wearing a full costume during game play? Our scheduling works as on-call, where there is at least one game master staffed at the store, where any extra team members are on-call if we were to get busy. Are you okay with on-call scheduling?
