Responsibilities As a Game Master , you will: Facilitate interactive escape room experiences, ensuring every guest has a great time Monitor gameplay and guide teams when necessary without giving away answers Provide excellent customer service and resolve conflicts or issues during sessions Coordinate and host events, birthday parties, and special activities Maintain the rooms and equipment to ensure they are safe, functional, and ready for each group Assist in training new Game Masters as the team grows Requirements 6-12 months experience in customer service, hospitality, or entertainment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, approachable, and team-oriented attitude Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Comfortable interacting with guests of all ages, including children Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Preferred:
