Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing exceptional customer service and guiding them through available activities and services Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently, handling cash transactions accurately and securely Oversee daily event operations, coordinating game sessions, activities, and entertainment programs to ensure seamless execution Address guest inquiries and resolve conflicts promptly with professionalism and a positive attitude Maintain safety standards by monitoring activity areas, enforcing rules, and responding swiftly to emergencies or incidents Assist with food service operations when needed, ensuring guests enjoy a hospitable experience from start to finish Support the overall guest experience by engaging with visitors of all ages, especially children, creating fun and memorable moments Qualifications Proven experience in customer service, hospitality, or guest relations; experience working with children is highly valued Strong skills in conflict management and effective public speaking to engage diverse audiences confidently Background in events management or coordinating activities is preferred Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly (cash handling experience required) Lifeguard certification or lifeguard experience is a plus; knowledge of safety protocols is essential Previous food service or theater experience enhances your ability to manage lively environments with enthusiasm Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor; comfortable working in fast-paced settings within a resort or entertainment venue Embark on an energetic journey where your positive attitude transforms ordinary visits into extraordinary adventures!
