We're a fully remote middle and high school where curiosity drives the work—and where students grow into independent, capable learners. We're looking for full-time and part-time teachers and tutors who want to do more than deliver content. We want people who design experiences, guide discovery, and shape how students think over time. What You'll Do Design engaging, inquiry-based learning experiences Monitor student progress and identify patterns in learning Lead and collaborate with tutors to support each learner's growth Provide targeted support through short lesson drops and small-group sessions Facilitate discussions that deepen thinking and build understanding Build strong, trust-based relationships with students and families What Makes This Role Different Focus on building independent thinkers—not content completion Act as the architect of the learning experience Work as part of a collaborative team with tutors Blend asynchronous learning with real-time interactions Emphasis on inquiry, dialogue, and student ownership
