Job Description
Escape Plan Columbia creates immersive, story-driven escape room experiences that challenge players to think creatively, work as a team, and have fun. We are looking for an energetic and dependable person to immediately join our team as a Game Master to deliver exceptional guest experiences from start to finish. As a Game Master, you will help provide a unique and highly entertaining experience for groups as they attempt to complete one of our interactive "escape rooms." You'll welcome guests, explain game rules, monitor gameplay, provide hints when needed, reset rooms between groups, and help create memorable adventures for every team that walks through our doors. You may even find yourself laughing a lot in the process. We are looking for someone who is available 20-25 hours a week. Must be willing to work Fridays and Saturdays. Off on Sundays. Characteristics we're looking for in an employee: Energetic and fun personality. Patient, a motivator, friendly, and approachable. Trustworthy. Dependable. Punctual. Quick problem solving skills. Courteous with excellent customer service skills. Good at working alone and as a part of a team. Flexible schedule and be able to work weekdays, weekends and evenings. A "get it done" type of personality.
