Escapology offers immersive escape room experiences that challenge teams to solve puzzles and think critically. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service and creating unforgettable adventures for our guests.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a enthusiastic and engaging individual to join our team as a Shift Leader. In this role, you will learn Hosting & Game Mastering. You will lead groups through our escape room experiences, ensuring every guest has a 5 Star Experience. We Make Moments Matter.

Host:

Welcome guests, explain the game rules, and provide necessary instructions before each game starts. Hosts debrief guests when the game ends. Hosts ask guests for Google reviews aiming for 5 Stars.

Game Masters:

Observe participants during the game through surveillance systems, ensuring safety and providing hints as needed to enhance the experience.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:

Engage with guests pre- and post-game, answering questions and providing exceptional customer service.

Problem-Solving:

Quickly resolve any issues that arise during gameplay, ensuring that all guests have a seamless experience. Provide a 5 Star Guest Experience.

Room Maintenance:

Regularly check and maintain the escape rooms, ensuring that all props and puzzles are in good condition and ready for the next group.

Training & Development:

Complete the initial training program, demonstrating knowledge of all escape room themes and puzzles, and be prepared for promotion to Game Master upon successful completion.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with fellow team members to create a positive and cohesive work environment.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Passion for gaming, puzzles, and providing a high-quality guest experience. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus, but not required.
