We're looking for an organized, tech-savvy self-starter to be the engine of our showroom — someone who can run the front of house, support the design team, manage events, and keep our growing operation running seamlessly. What you'll own Serve as the first point of contact for all showroom visitors, calls, and inquiries — creating a warm, luxury client experience every time Open and manage the showroom daily, ensuring all spaces are client-ready and immaculately presented Plan and execute showroom events, trade nights, and company functions from concept to completion Assist with onboarding new team members, including workstation setup and first-day coordination Manage the showroom calendar, appointments, and traffic flow with precision Design marketing materials, signage, and social content using Canva to support the brand Support the design team with sample ordering, client shipments, and library organization Oversee digital file management, CRM data entry, and internal communications Assist leadership with administrative tasks and special projects as needed Be the hub of showroom operations — if it needs doing, you'll be the one to get it done Must-have qualifications Proficient in Canva — able to create polished, on-brand materials independently Strong command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Hands-on experience with event planning and execution in a professional setting Experience supporting onboarding, office operations, or showroom/reception environments A true self-starter who takes initiative without being asked Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Comfortable learning new software and tools quickly — we move fast and so should you Professional, polished communication — written and verbal Bonus points for Experience in a luxury retail, design, or high-end hospitality environment Familiarity with CRM or project management platforms Background in interior design, architecture, or cabinetry/home products Experience managing social media or digital content creation Why LEICHT Scottsdale Work with a premier luxury cabinetry brand Collaborative, design-driven team environment Opportunity to grow with an established and expanding company Schedule & location Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm on-site in Scottsdale, AZ.
