Job Description

Position Overview We are seeking a versatile Web & Graphic Designer who can manage website projects from concept through launch while also creating high-quality digital and print materials. This is a hands-on role for someone with strong design skills, practical website development experience, and the ability to independently manage website maintenance, SEO, hosting, troubleshooting, and performance reporting. Responsibilities Design, build, launch, and maintain websites, landing pages, and campaign pages. Manage WordPress websites, including WP Engine hosting, staging sites, backups, migrations, domains, DNS, and SSL certificates. Create responsive, mobile-friendly websites that function properly across devices and browsers. Customize websites using WordPress, page builders, HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript. Troubleshoot plugin conflicts, broken layouts, forms, integrations, and website performance issues. Integrate scheduling tools, CRM systems, forms, analytics, tracking pixels, and other third-party platforms. Apply UX/UI and conversion-focused design best practices. Implement on-page and basic technical SEO, including metadata, headings, image alt text, internal links, redirects, and page speed improvements. Monitor and report on website traffic, SEO performance, conversions, rankings, and technical issues. Use tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and PageSpeed Insights. Create social media graphics, ads, presentations, brochures, flyers, signage, website graphics, and other branded materials. Prepare professional digital and print-ready files. Maintain brand consistency across all website and design projects. Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, communicate progress, and organize all source files and website documentation. Required Qualifications Professional experience in website design, website development, and graphic design. Strong portfolio featuring websites, landing pages, digital graphics, and print materials. Advanced WordPress experience. Experience with WP Engine or a similar hosting platform. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat. Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript. Experience with responsive design, website troubleshooting, and performance optimization. Knowledge of SEO, analytics, website reporting, domains, DNS, hosting, backups, and migrations. Strong organization, communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and take projects from concept through completion. Preferred Experience Elementor, WP Engine Semrush or similar SEO tools. Figma, Canva, Adobe XD, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Lightroom. Website accessibility, conversion tracking, A/B testing, and marketing automation. Experience creating digital advertising assets for Meta, Google, and YouTube. Portfolio Requirements Applicants must submit a portfolio showing: Websites or landing pages they personally designed or developed. Desktop and mobile website examples. Digital and print design work. A brief explanation of their role in each project.

$45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
