• Full-time Job Overview We are looking for a digtal developer to join our team!

You will be assisting with website content updates, new builds, implementing new design features & client change requests, and working to ensure that the underlying structure of a client's website is correct. You will be taking direction from our senior developer & the company's owner, and assisting with all aspects of our digital department — from display ads, PPC campaign management, blog posts all the way to email, website and landing page design & development. To ensure success in this role, you need to possess an eye for graphic design and meticulous attention to detail. There will be times where you will need to juggle multiple tasks, so being able to prioritize and execute effectively will be a key to succeeding in this role. Responsibilities

• Assisting with all aspects of website design & development, including email design & development
• Assisting with the testing and maintenance of websites
• Assisting with PPC ad design & campaign management
• Brainstorming new design ideas, website features, and improvements to productivity
• Collaborating with team to understand & implement new web features
• Converting media components into compatible formats for the web, e.g. baked-in text on images to 'live' text with code
• Using user feedback to identify and correct problems with client websites Experience
• At least 2 years designing & building websites, whether it be personal or professional experience. Please include a portfolio of web projects you've designed, built, or contributed to
• At least 2 years of experience working with

HTML, CSS, JS, PHP

(WordPress)

• Solid understanding of web design & development principles, and SEO best practices
• At least 1 year of experience working with Adobe Photoshop
• At least 1 year of experience working with a vector image program, e.g. Adobe Illustrator or Serif Designer
• At least 1 year of experience working with a digital mockup platform, e.
