This is a full-time, fully on-site position in Port St. Lucie, Florida. Applicants must already be located in South Florida. Applicants must be able to reliably commute Monday through Friday. We are seeking a Junior Web Designer with hands-on experience in WordPress and Elementor to join our growing web team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building beautiful, conversion-focused websites and wants to continue growing their skills in a fast-paced agency environment. Responsibilities Design and develop responsive websites using WordPress and Elementor Create landing pages focused on lead generation and conversions Customize website layouts, templates, and page designs Optimize websites for mobile devices and user experience Implement basic SEO best practices including page structure, metadata, and image optimization Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure websites align with branding and campaign objectives Maintain and update existing client websites Troubleshoot website issues and perform quality assurance testing Ensure websites are fast, secure, and professionally presented Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience working with WordPress and Elementor Experience with Elementor Pro Strong understanding of responsive web design principles Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS Familiarity with website hosting environments and domain management Understanding of SEO fundamentals Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Strong communication skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with WooCommerce Experience integrating forms, CRMs, and marketing automation tools Familiarity with Canva, Figma, Photoshop, or Adobe Creative Suite Experience working in a digital marketing agency environment What We're Looking For Creative thinker with strong design instincts Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects Strong problem-solving skills Professional, dependable, and team-oriented Someone who enjoys building websites that not only look great but also generate results

Pay:

$55,000.00 - $71,000.00 per year
