Temporary DUTIES andRESPONSIBILITIES
:- Provides assistance with defining user interface (UI) specifications based on best practices and in accordance with overall website design and requirements.
- Collaborates on developing UI and user experience (UX) with customers and document functional descriptions which describe the website to be developed and the business solution to any problems identified.
- Convert conceptual designs or business solutions into visual mockups, wireframes, or prototypes.
- Assists with designing and implementing front end UIs for new and existing web applications and websites according to specifications while incorporating usability concepts and ADA requirements.
- Assists with programming, evaluation, and testing of web-based applications using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and/or any other programming or scripting languages to meet project requirements.
- Assesses and evaluates the capabilities and limitations of new and upcoming programming or scripting languages.
- Provides project implementation and post-implementation support for web-based sites and applications developed by ITS.
- Assists with the design, implementation, and support of page templates for use in the ITS-supported content management system (CMS).
- Assists with training and creating documentation for CMS users.
- Assists with development, formulation, and documentation of operating procedures for Client Service and Operations Center (CSOC).
