Job Description
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Minimum of 5 years in graphic design role, 2 years in website management Extensive experience with Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma, and other design software Understanding of multiple CMS platforms to manage website content Ability to use Canva to produce easy-to-edit, professional-level templates ideal for cross-team collaboration Adherence to brand guidelines while bringing artistic vision Strong project management and prioritization skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Capacity to collaborate with non-designers to produce excellent work product Expertise in translating complex ideas into easy-to-understand designs An entrepreneurial mindset. Thrives in a dynamic environment with changing requirements Knowledge of design and tech field trends Ability to absorb and apply constructive criticism Passion for our mission to close the gender gap in technology fields through a dedication to diversity, equity and inclusion \n $85,000 - $106,000 a year Compensation transparency statement : The wage range for this role takes into account the many factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
